Currently ShopWeleda.co.za only delivers within South Africa. 

All deliveries are made by our courier RAM Couriers.

Our delivery services

• Standard:  R 85 (2 – 7 business days)

A signature will be required upon receipt; if no one is available to sign for the parcel the parcel will be returned to Weleda South Africa head office and a customer services representative will get in touch to re-arrange the delivery.

Your order will be dispatched after your payment reservation has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed.  All orders will be dispatched on the day that credit approval and/or other verifications are completed, unless the same takes place after 2:00pm, in which case the order will be dispatched on the following working day.

Once your order has been packed by our warehouse and is ready to ship, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Your order will then be handed over to RAM for delivery.
